Frequently Asked Questions

Our pizzas are cooked to perfection in a short amount of time. Generally, it takes approximately 90 seconds to fully cook one of our pizzas with our classically trained Italian Pizza Chef managing the oven.

Our wood fired oven can reach temperatures between 800-900F degrees.

Due to our process, we cannot offer gluten free pizza at this time. Mi displace! (We're sorry!)
